This page is for the Sanjivani Tarot app (Android and iPhone), published by Astro Sanjivani. You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time, or ask us to do it for you.
Delete it in the app
The quickest way. Your account is deleted straight away.
- Open the Sanjivani Tarot app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Tap your photo or initial at the top of Home to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tell us why you're leaving (optional feedback is anonymous), then tap Continue.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm. You'll be signed out and your account is gone.
Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, send us a deletion request. Please include:
- The mobile number you signed in with.
- The words "Delete my Sanjivani Tarot account".
To protect your account, we'll confirm the request with the owner of that mobile number before deleting anything, usually by replying on WhatsApp or SMS. We complete confirmed requests within 7 days and let you know when it's done.
Message us from the mobile number on your account, or email us with it.
What we delete and what we keep
Deleted permanently
- Your profile: name, mobile number and profile photo
- Your birth date, time and place
- Every question you asked and every reading
- Unused questions and plan balance
- Your expert call bookings, ratings and reviews
- Records of the phones you used the app on
Kept, without your name or number
- Payment records: the amount, date and order reference, kept only as long as Indian tax law requires, unlinked from your account.
- Gifts you sent: the person you gifted keeps what you gave them; your name is removed from the gift record.
- Leaving feedback: if you told us why you left, that answer is stored anonymously.
Deleting your account can't be undone, and unused questions can't be refunded once the account is gone. If you sign up again later with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
Delete some data but keep your account
- Profile photo: in the app, open Profile, tap your photo and choose Remove photo.
- Birth details, readings or anything else: send us a request as in Option 2, saying what you'd like removed. We'll confirm it with you and complete it within 7 days.
